Use of the Service

• You may use AssetTrak only for lawful business or organizational purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

SMS Messaging Terms

AssetTrak may offer SMS messaging for opted-in users. Message types may include account notifications, operational alerts, dispatch-related updates, staffing requests, or other communications described at the point of consent.

• Message frequency varies by account activity and organization use.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• You can request help by replying HELP, when available.

User Content and Organizational Data

You retain ownership of the data your organization submits to the service. You grant AssetTrak the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that data to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. AssetTrak disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssetTrak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if your organization’s service relationship ends.
